The outcome of th'2 eorrsepDr.dr.noe isthut the Board thug declare the condition* in TYbich. they are prepared to allow Mr Farnie to tb- enter the Boord'oscrvic;—"That you express regret for your attack upon Mr G-oyen, and also intimate ycur submission to the Board's ruling on tho print of diseiplise, which you have violated—that is to say, you will undertake that eo long as you remain in the Board's service you will not, whether in tho discussion of public questions or otherwise, whether in your own name or anonymously, publish sinythiri; calculated to injurs, prejudice, or annoy sny o£ the Board's offioers excepting in the legitimate way of complaint or memorial to "che Board." Mr Farnie, having replied to this, has now been informed that he does not acquiesce in the Board's views of his position as laid down by them in their letter, aud th&t until he does so the Board cannot allow him to re-enter their ■:rvke.
