Patrick Mulcahy, for being found drunk and for resisting the constable who arrested him, was fined £1 sa. Patrick Sullivan, for interfering in the arrest of Mu’czhy, was fined £l. H. E. Poore, charged with lunacy from drink, was sent to Addington Gaol for seven days to receive medical treatment. LYTTELTON. Wednesday, Judy 5. [Before J. Ollivier, Esq, R.M.] UNBKaiSTEHTJD Dogs— Lichard Norris, Jessie Green, Walter Treherns, John Hempstalk, Maurice O'Connell and Edward Charles, charged with being owners of unregistered dogs, having registered before their summonses were issued, the cases were dismissed. Walter Hedgman and Henry Buofciey were each fined 10s and 2s costs. Beeach op Railway By-laws. —William Buy, a sailor, was charged with using indocent language on a railway carriage on June 24th. Accused pleaded drunkenness, c-nd was fined 40s and costs, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment.
