Woodkxd. —the ouanerly meeting pf tne office-bearers of the'' Wesleyan Church' was held on June 29,th. The. Bev. 3. J. Garlick occupied the chair. The chairman reported the membership of the church to be seventyfour, with four on trial. Messrs Little and Skovington presented the balance-sheet for the quarter, which indicated that the expenditure of the quarter was met by the income. It was arranged to hold special services during the month of July. Severed other matters relating to the circuit were After which the chairmen broumht the meeting to a alone by pronouncing the beniidiolion.
