Tho Bill came up for consideration soon after the meeting of- the House yesterday, and tho discussion was continued during the whole of last night and until a lato hour to-day, the sitting lasting iu all for thirty-two hours. Great opposition was shown to tho passage of the Bill by Mr Parnell and tho Homo Rulers, and their action was of such an obstructive and disorderly character that Mr Parnell and fifteen of his supporters were suspended for the remainder of tho, sitting. The obstruction nevertheless continued, and finally six more Homo Rulers were suspended for disorderly conduct. The debate then proceeded more quietly, and as already stated all tho clauses of the Bill were at length passed through committee. Active preparations continue for the despatch of troops to Egypt.
