It has transpired that the Ambassadors of the Powers are still urging the Porto to join in a conference on. the Egyptian question. The Envoys 'have informed the Porte that it still refuse to take part in the conference, the Powers ■will recommend to decide upon the measures to be adopted in Egypt without consulting Turkey.
