[EEXJTEE’S TBLEGEAIaS.] r LONDON, June 20. The British Government has chartered two steamers, of large tonnage, as transports for the conveyance of troops to Egypt. CONSTANTINOPLE, June 28. It has transpired that the Ambassadors of the Powers are still urging the Porto to join in a conference on. the Egyptian question. The Envoys 'have informed the Porte that it still refuse to take part in the conference, the Powers ■will recommend to decide upon the measures to be adopted in Egypt without consulting Turkey.
