[PBKSS ASSOCIATION TELEo'.BAM.] AUCKLAND, Juno 15, The North Frank lyn election took place to-day. Otahuhu—Buckland, 187 ; Harris, 227. Mansie—Buckland, 64; Harris, SO Papakura—Buckland, 59 ; Harris, 104. The present majority for Harris is E2. Howick, Tauranga, Papskura Talley, Wairoa a»i Waiheka returns are to come in. Police at Otahuhu telegraphed for assistance, and a detachment was sent out. No particulars are yet known as to the cause of the request, but it is reported that some fighting took place. June 16.

The following is the polling for the Franklin election:—Harris, 525; Buckland, 476. One return has yet to come in, but it will not alter the result.
