In the House of Lords, this afternoon, a Bill for legalising the marriage with a deceased wife's sister was rejected by a majority of four. LONDON, June 13.

The homeward mails via Naples, which left Melbourne by the Orient steamship Cuzco, May Ist, were delivered here to-day. Consols are unchanged at 100 a.
