This Day. SITTINGS IN CHAMBEES. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Williams ) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. HE HENEY CAIN AND OTHERS. Mr Button applied herein for leave to invest £l3O on mortgage. His Honor said be would grant the order on the understanding that the investment on mortgage was merely a temporary one, and that there should be an investment on real property as soon as possible PILES V CHAPPELL.
Mr Slater applied herein for settlement of issues and filing time and place of trial. Mr Harper appeared, to consent, on behaif of defendant. The trial was fixed to take place at the next sittings, by special jury, and the issues settled as proposed. IIINIPIE V WILSON. Mr Joynt applied heroin to fix time and place of trial. . .... His Honor fixed the time of trial for next sittings of the Court at Oh-istchurch. PKPPEEELL V PBPPBBBLL, Mr Bruges applied herein for an order directing that the executor should be ordered to take up the action or have the case dismissed. , , His Honor rqade the order as prayed, directing the executor to revive the action within fourteen days after service, or that the same be dismissed.

Sibley to Elizvboth Sibley (Mr Button); re Wm. Dickey to McGregor Watt (Mr Salter) ; re Wm. Smallwood to S. Smallwood and J. H. Soager ( <Xr Salter) ; re John Coutts to L. H, Ooutts and Alex. Oalder (Mr Garrick) ; ro Catherine McHugh to Mary Kelly (Mr Izoid). Letters of administration were granted in re Maurice Joae* to Harriett 0, Jones (Mr Joynt),
subject to filing of affidavit of consent of next of kin.

HShirley, but his Honor held that the codicil did not revoke the appointment of the other brother as executor. Mr Button withdrew the application. EE GEOBQK SWANN. . Mr Wilding applied herein for the admission of Mr George Swann as a barrister and solicitor of the Court. His Honor mado the order, and Mr Swann took the oaths of office.
DBATTON T “ PEEBB’’_ COMPANY. Mr Joynt applied heroin for an order settling issues and fixing time and place o Mr Harper consented on behalf of the defendants to the issues. His Honor made the order settling the ismes, and fixed the trial by special jury to take place at next sitting of the Court. BB JOHN CHAELEB CORB, On tho application of Mr Thompson his Honor admitted Mr J. 0. Corr as a hamster and solicitor of the Court. Mr Corr took tho customary oaths and was duly admitted. BB JAMES BAB, DECEASED. Mr Izard applied for an order herein granting commission to the administratrix. His Honor granted a commission of 5 per cent, on £520, being tho total net assets in the estate. ABOVLB V COED EXT. Mr Wilding appeared herein and applied for settlement of issues. Mr Garrick, on the other side, consented. His Honor made an order settling the issues, and fixing trial at next session. IN BANKRUPTCY. Hii Honor sat in bankruptcy at twelve o’clock, DISCHARGES. Tho following debtors were discharged : Wm. Patterson (Mr McOonnel), B. Ruddiok (Mir Spackman), J. P. Eestell (Mr Garrick). EE JOSEPH CCLLIEOED. Mr Spackman applied herein for an order declaring the deed of composition completely executed. His Honor made the order.
