[EEUTEB’S TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, May 15. Arrived—Ship Gustav Motzler, from Oamaru, December 17th. CAIRO, May 15. It has transpired that tho leaders of tho Chamber of Notables are endeavoring to mediate between the Khedive and the Ministry. His Highness is, however, temporising, and tho situation is practically unchanged. News has been received here that the French Mediterranean squadron has already started from the Pin»ua for Egyptian waters.
