[eeutee’s telegrams.] MELBOURNE, April 26. Shipping. Arrived, last night—Union Company’s steamship Alhambra, from Bluff. The Markets. Barley, malting, remains at 4s 6d to 4s 8d; shipping wheat, 6s 6d; New Zealand feed oats, 3s lOd to 4s; milling do, 4s Id to 4s 3d. The Address in Reply. The debate on tho address in reply to the Governor’s speech commenced in tho Legislative Assembly to-night, and is now (at 10 p.m.) proceeding. Mr Berry has proposed as an amendment that the House disapproves of the administrative action which has been taken in various departments during tho recess.
