Mirfin —in which the peti titioner prays for a dissolution of marriage, on the ground of adultery Bid destitution, and £IOOO damages from the corespondent Mirfin, who is an inspector in the Puulio Works department, and is alleged to be cohabiting with h*r. DUNEDIN, April 26. Body FoundThe body of an elderly man has been found near Shag River. He was a stranger to the district, and has not been identified. FireA seven-roomed house in Clyde street, occupied by Charles Eliott, and owned by G. W. Klliott, was burned to tho ground at seven o'clock this morning. Nothing was saved. Tho family were all in bed. Elliott's houte was insured in tho New Zealand for £4OO, and the furniture for £l7O in the National.
