[PBHB3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.J WELLINGTON, April 20. Tho following are the vital statistics for March :
Deaths o£ persons not residents of the boroughs and occurring at hospitals have been excluded in all oases. The total births in the above boroughs amounted to 433, against 397 in February, being an increase of 45. The deaths amounted to 158 in March, being an increase of 24 on the number for February. Of the above deaths, males contributed 83, females 75. Seventy-seven of the deaths were of children under five years of age, being 48 73 per cent, of the whole number. Fifty-seven of these were those of children under one year of age.
