LAND SALE. Mb Thomas Acland reports the sale of 1650 ac'-os of land at Thompson’s Track, Ashburton (Carstnore run), at a very satisfactory price. PROPERTY SALES. Mb Charles Clark reports tho sale by private treaty, on Saturday, of two small farms in the Sandhills, near the Styx, of 27a Or 32p and 20a 2r 14p respectively; price. .£lO per acre. Sales in the Bryudwr suburb, Pendalton, are nearly of daily occurrence, six more having been sold yesterday, leaving a balance of fifteen sections only out of a total of 180. Lot 9of tho Itadcliffe Estate was olio sold yesterday ‘ t jOSO per acre. Only one lot now remains nnsold.
