The Austrian delegations opened today. In his address on the occasion, the President, referring to the disorder in the Southern provinces, expressed a hope that the province of Bosnia would eventually be absorbed into the AustrianHungarian empire. ST. PETERSBURG, April 13. The Czar and his Enemies.
A rumor is current here to the effect that a mine, which was intended to be exploded at the forthcoming coronation of the Czar, had been discovered under the Cathedral as Moscow. It is further stated that eighty arrests have been made in consequence of the discovery.
