The Volunteer ReviewThe Victorian Volunteers commence their encampment this evening. The weather is now fine and favorable for the Easter review. Important Hews. Arrangements are being made for the retirement of Mr Elsdon, Engineer-in-chief of the Victorian railways and roads, and for the appointment of Mr Watson as his successor. Steamer Overdue. Fears are entertained for the safety of the s.s. Tenra, from this port to Sydney. She is now considerably overdue.
