[eehtee’b telegrams.] MELBOURNE, April 5. Shipping. Sailed, this afternoon—The Union Company’s steamship Ringarooma, for the Bluff. Grain. Malting barley is steadier at 4s 4d to 4s 6d. Shipping wheat has advanced to 6b and 6s 3d, and is decidedly firmer. New Zealand oats are improving, and are quoted at 3s 9d to 3s lid for milling; and 3s 6d to 3s 8d for feeding. SYDNEY, April 5. Shipping. Arrived, this morning—The Union Company’s steamship Wakatipn, from Wellington. Welcome. Heavy rain has fallen to-day in and around the city, and reports to same effect have been received from thirtytwo observing stations throughout the celony. The Missing Ship. There is no further inteligence of the missing ship Min-y-don. BRISBANE, April 5. The Revenue. The revenue for the quarter ended the 31st March amonnts to £487,500, and the receipts from all departments show increases as compared with the corresponding quarter of 1881. The expenditure for the same period amounted to £371,500.
