The sentence of death passed upon ten prominent Nihilists in February last has in the case of nine been commuted by the Czar to penal servitude for life. The capital sentence will be carried out in the case of the other prisoner. The Murder of General StrelmkowTwo Nihilists, charged with being implicated in the assassination of General Strelmkow at Odessa, have been arrested. April 2. Quickly Despatched. Later telegrams are to hand from Odessa reporting that the two murderers of General Strelmkow, pnblic prosecutor, have been found guilty after summary trial, and were hanged to-day.
