New Zealand wheat is quieter at 6s 6d per bushel; New Zealand oats, 3s 8d; maize, per 561b5., 6s 6d.
Revenue Returns
The revenue of New South Wales for the March quarter amounted to £1,675,000,being an increase of £282,000 compared with the corresponding period of last year. The railway receipts show an increase of £131,000 ; the land revenue 29,000, and the Customs an increase of £35,000.
