[ebtjtbb'b telegrams.] LONDON, March 29 The Reoent Murder in Dublin-
Five persons have been arrested on suspicion of being implicated in a murder committed yesterday in Dublin, the motive for which is supposed to have been a political one. A number of arms
and several papers of a seditious nature were found in the possession of the accused, and have been seized by the police.

The election of a member of the House of Commons for Carnarvon in the room of the late Mr W. B. Hughes, Liberal, took place to-day, and resulted in tho return of Mr George Parry, a Liberal candidate, by a large majority over a Radical candidate. Disfranchise Bill- ,
Tho Right Hon. John Bright has introduced into the House of Commons, on behalf of tho Government, a Bill to disfranchise, on account of corrupt practices, the boroughs of Boston, Macclesfield, Canterbury, and to further suspend, for the same cause, the seats for Chester, Gloucester, Oxford, and Wigan.
