SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Fbiday, Maboh 24. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at II a.m. BE WILFBID BADQBB. Mr Gresson applied for tho admission of Mr Wilfrid Badger as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court. His Honor said the application must stand over for the filing of a supplementary affidavit. HIOHBNS V HICHENB. Mr Joynt submitted the draft conveyance of property recently sold herein for approval. Mr Martin, on behalf of defendant, appeared to consent. His Honor made an order approving ot conveyance as submitted. EE PETITION OP ISABELLA TREGBAB, Mr Martin applied for an order appointing Thomas Elmsley, ooaohbuilder, as guardian of certain infants, for the purpose ot consenting on their behalf to tho petition for sale of certain property under tho Leases and Sales of Settled Estates Act. His Honor made the order as prayed. On the motion of Mr Martin, His Honor also approved of the proposed advertisements for the sale of the property. BB ABBITEATION OP THDBALL AND INGLE. Mr Joynt applied herein for a rule nisi for attachment against John Ezra Ingle. An order had been made by tho Court that the award made in the arbitration suit should be an order of tho Court. This, together with the award, was served on Ingle, and tho amount awarded by the arbitration demanded, but refused. His Honor made the order, the rale nisi to be returnable on Tuesday next in Chambers at 11 a.m. The Court then rose.
