Dunedin, March 20. The British and New Zealand Mortgage Agency Company, Limited, have received the following telegram, dated London, March 18th : —“ Since our last telegram there is an increased demand for wools of breed and quality. Prices for super grease show an average rise of Jd per lb; all other sorts are unchanged. For coarse crossbreds and inferior and faulty wools, prices are irregular. The tone is firm.”
