The suites of PRIVATE APARTMENTS, which are elegantly furnished and appointed are entirely distinct from the hotel portion ef the building, thus Insuring perfect privacy. A novelty in Colonial Hotel accommodation will be available at the Commercial in the shape of a LAMES' DRAWING ROOM, kept specially select and exclusively for ladies. A high pressure water supply has been arranged for on the prenrnes, and the BATH ROOMS are fitted with every convenience for hot, cold, or shower baths at any time.
