At Windsor station, on the suburban line of railway to-day, a train consisting of a number of waggons, which was standing in the station yard, was run into by an express train. The passengers in the latter were much shaken, and several of them suffered slight injuries. The express had a narrow escape from total wreck. Harbour Defence.

The Government have now definitely decided to complete the defences of the colony and reorganise the military forces, and arrangements have been made to carry out the work with the least possible delay.
