The Irish land ActIn the House of Commons to-day the Bill introduced by Mr Findlater, the Liberal member for Monaghan, Ireland, providing for certain amendments of the Irish Land Act, came tip for consideration. In the coarse of the debate, which took place, Mr Forster, the Irish Secretary, made a speech, in which he admitted that the Government felt it might be necessary to suggest some revision of the Act if the present block of cases before the Land Courts continued, and the pressure of work could not ha cleared off. Several other members addressed the House on the measure, hut the debate was at length adjourned.
