Total, £493 6s 9d. At tho usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board held at Christchurch on Monday, March 13th, sales woro made as follows: —Ordinary Ashley, 80a; Selwyn. 2Sa 3r 26p; Akaroa, 77a; Ashburton, 56a • Gemldiue, 4a Ir. Village settlements—South Eakaia, 4a 2r 4p; Orari, la. Total acreage sold, 251 a2r 30p. Total cash received, £543 lls 6d. Refunds on account of former purchases were made in the amount of £S3 Is 6d,
