ENGLAND V. AUSTRALIA. BY CABLE. fBEUTEB'S TELKGBAMB.I MELBOURNE, March 13. The cricket match between the All England Eleven and the Australian team was resumed to-day. The weather was fine during the day, but the attendance of spectators was only modorate. The Australians continued their first innings, and were all disposed of for a total of 300. The following are the remainder of the Australian score : McDonnell, c and b - 53 Blackham, c - - - 6 Garrett, c - - - 10 Palmer, c and b - 34 Spofforth, not out - - 3 Sundries - - 13 The Englishmen then commenced their second innings, and when the stumps were drawn for the day had scored 234 for the loss of only two wickets. The following are the scores:— Ulyett, c ... 64 Barlow, run out - - 54 Solby, not out - - 48 Bates, not out - - 52
