The suites of PRIVATE APARTMENTS, which are elegantly furnished snd appointed are entirely distinct from the hotel portion of the building, thns insuring perfect privacy. _ A novelty in Colonial Hotel accommodation will be available at the Commercial in the shape of a LADIES’ DRAWING ROOM, kept specially select and exclusively for ladies. A high pressure water supply has been arranged for on the prc maea, and the BATH ROOMS are fitted with every convenience for hot, cold, or shower baths at any time. Comment on the quality of the liquors supplied at the Commercial is unnecessary, as the cellar is under the special supervision of Mr W. F. Warner. The Hotel being most centrally sltnate, adjacent to the Cathedral, and within a short distance of the Museum, Theatre, and other public buildings, and with a tram service to all parts of the suburbs passing It at short intervals, renders it unequalled as a place or residence for families or commercial gentlemen visiting Christchurch. For the convenience of commercial travellers sample rooms will be available. -An excellent chef de cuis'ne has been engaged, and generally no p&lns will be spared to make the Commercial the leading hotel in Christchurch.
