fEEUTEB’S TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, March 7. The Bradlaugh DifficultyIn the House ef Commons last night the question of Mr Bradlaugh's admission again came up for consideration in view of that gentleman’s re-election for Northampton. Sir Stafford Northcoto renewed his opposition to the admission of Mr Bradlaugh, and an amendment to the motion before the House was then introduced by a Liberal member to provide for a modification of the existing statute, so as to make it optional on the part of a newly-olected member to swear the oath or make an affirmation. The debate continues. Obituary—Edwin James, the wellknown ex-Q.C., who some years ago was disbarred.
