The land sale is proceeding to-day. There are fully 300 present, and the prices realised so far average from 10 to 20 per cent, on the upset price. DUNEDIN, March 7. FireFour houses in Stuart street were completely destroyed by fire this morning. They were leased by one Kate Walker, who had not her furniture insured. The houses were owned by Mr W. Watson, of the firm ef Martin and Watson, who had them insured for £l5O in the Standard Office.
