For Northern Ports, per Bingarooma, at 12.su jj.m.; late fee letters, at 12.45 p.m.; guard s van, 1.25 p.m. train.
Notice. —Penny duty stamps may in future bo used as postage stamps, and penny pos ago stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps.
