For Northern Ports, per Penguin, at 3.20 p.m.; late fee letters, at 3.30 p.m.; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. THURSDAY, MAECH 9. For Australian Colonies and United Kingdom and Continent of Europe via Naples (specially addressed correspondence only), per Express train (to connect withs.s. Rotomahana), at 7 a.m. Notice.—Penny duty stamps may in fnture be used as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps. Notice —Magazines, if posted in covers open at the end and marked ".Ma" rice irost," can be sent to any part of New Zealand at the rate of one half- penny fcr cucli two ounces.
