Notice. —Penny duty stamps may in future be used as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place or duty stamps. . Notice —Magazines, if posted in covers open at the end and marked “Ma Hue rest, can be sent to any part of New Zealand at the rate of one half-penny for each two ounces.
