For Akaroa and Otago, per Penguin, at 9.40 a.m., late fee letters, 9.50 a.m.; guard's van, 10.25 a.m. train. For No: them Porta and Australian Colonies, m per Eotorua, at 3.20 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.30 p.m; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. Notice.—Penny duty Btamps may in future be used as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps. Notice.—Magszineß, if posted in coversopen at the end and marked " Ma-" rice rost," can be sent to any part of New at the rate of one half-penny f:r each two ounces.
