Public Libbabt.—The attention or the Board of Governors was yesterday again drawn to the praotice, which is becoming yery common, of persons outting out and removing valuable plates from books in the reference library. The individuals thus offending are cautioned that the authorities are on the alert, and that no mercy will be shown them in case of detection.
