For tho Unitod Kingdom, Continents of Enrope and America, West Indies, (via San Francisco), Cape ot Good Hope, Natal, Sandwich Islands, Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, as follows : —Ordinary letters, 6.30 p.m. ; late fee letters, 7 p.ra. ; books and newspapers, 6.30 p.m. ; money orders, 3 p.m.; registered letters, 5 p.m. ; guard’s van, 8.10 p.m. train. This mail will be dne in London on April 10th. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24. For Eaikoura, per Tni, at 4.20 p m. ; late fee letters, 4.35 p.m. ; guard’s van, 5.25 p.m. train. Notice. —Penny duty stamps may in future be used as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps. Notice —Magazines, if posted in cove-a open at tho end and marked “ Magazine Post,” can be sent to any part of New Zealand at the rate of one half-penny for each two ounces.
