Notice. —Penny duty stamps may in future be used as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps. Notice —Magazines, if posted in cove-a open at tho end and marked “ Magazine Post,” can be sent to any part of New Zealand at the rate of one half-penny for each two ounces.
