For the United Kingdom, Continents of' Europe and America, West Indies, (via San Francisco), Cape ot Good Hope, Natal, Sandwich Islands, Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Pengnin, as follows : —Ordinary letters, 6.30 p.m. ; late fee letters, 7 p.m. ; books and newspapers, 6.30 p.m. ; money orders, 3 p.m.; registered letters, 5 p.m.; guard’s van, 8.10 p.m. train. This mail will be dne in London on April 10th. Notice.—Penny dnty stamps may in future be need as postage stamps, and penny postage stamps may be affixed to receipts in place of duty stamps.
