[bbutbe'b telegbamb.] MELBOURNE, February 20. Shipping. Arrived, this morning, the Union Company's steamship Albion, from the Bluff. The P. and O. Company's steamship Mirzapore and her passengers were released from quarantine to-day. SYDNEY, February 20. Conspiracy. The trial of Messrs Baker, Waddell, and Matheson, for conspiring to defraud the shareholders of the Milburn Creek Copper Mining Company, was commenced to-day, when the case for the prosecution waa opened by Mr Want. The prisoners pleaded " Not guilty."
