Craig, the trustee in the bankruptcy of N. Vale, calling upon him to show oause why, under the 169th section of the Bankruptcy Aot, he should not be committed to prison for refusing to give information to his trustee respecting his property. Mr Spackman appeared for the truitee. The debtor in person. Affidavits were made showing that Vale had attended his trustee, and refuted to be sworn or answer questions. His Honor made an order that unless the debtor, within twenty four hours attended at the office of his trustee and gave him full infor. mation, a warrant should issue committing him to prison without bail.
