Further news to hand regarding the attack on Commander Selby, of H.M.S. Falcon, near Ortaki, states that Commander Greenfield, of H.M.S. Cocatrice, who was out shooting with, and came to the assistance of, Commander Selby, was severely beaten by the Turks. It is now known that the outrage was the result of a misunderstanding. NEW YORK, February 15. The "Wool Question. Sir Henry Parkes, Premier of New South Wales, addressed tho Chamber of Commerce of this city at its meeting today, and made a speech in which ho dwelt at length upon the commercial interests of Australasia and the United States.
