Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14.
For 'Otago and Australian Colonies, per Bingarooma, at 1.45 p.m.; late fee letters, at 2 p.m. ; guard’s van, 2.40 p.m train. For Wellington, per Penguin, at 3.20 p.m. ; late fee letters at 3.30 p.m.; guard’s van 4 p.m. trim. WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15.
For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, via Brindisi (for specially addressed correspondence only), Point de Galle, India, China, Japan, the East, Aden, Mauritius, Suez, Mediterranean Ports, Australian Colonies, &c., per express train (connecting witbs.s.Ringarooma), at 7 a.m.
