TAYLOR & PAPPS* ARE now offf ring for Bale some of the Fie est Teas in the Colony, at remarkably low prices, ranging frcm la 4d to 2a 86! per lb. and they also guarantee their Excelsior Mixture in packets of 2a 4d per lb, equal to any sold as fancy blends at 4a per lb. We do not make up for deficiency in quality by proficiency in advertising, which costs some firms Is per lb for every pound of Tea sold by them. The result is, it does not pay them to sell a Tea at la 4d per lb, the same aa we offer to the public—there would be nothing left for the small but numerous agents. The blending of tea is not as some traders imply, a new thing; we ventnre to state, that every grocer (that has karnt his trade), without an exception, does the same, and always has done so, but on different principles, or to suit different tastes, but naturally enough, what suits one dsesnot suit another. To meet this difficulty we have lately introduced three other separate mixtures, each of a different fiivor, besides the well-known Teas usually sold by us so that we hope to be able to please the most fastidious of tea drinkers. The new mixtures are as follows : London Mixture, parked in lib and ?lb packebs, red wrapper, at 2b Si per lb. Excelsior Mixture, lib and Ub pj.ckts, green wrapper, 23 4d per lb. Standard Mixture, lib and l\h packets, yellow wrapper, 2s per lb. Samples of these may be had gratis. THE TRIANGLE, (Late Davenports) J HIGH STREET, TWO DOORS FROM TUAM STREET.
