Cherif Pasha ResignedA deputation of notables waited to day upon Chorif Pasha, and demanded that ho should sign the Organic Law which has been agreed to by tho Chamber of Notables. Cherif Pasha referred tho deputation to the Khedive. Later. Cherif Pasha has resigned the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. VIENNA, February 2. The Insurrection in Bosnia. Intelligence is to hand that desultory fighting has taken place between the Bosnians and Austrian troops. Numerous bands of insurgents are collected in different parts of the province, and frequent skirmishes are occurring.
