Tho conditions aro tho concession by tho former of tho province of larapaca in lion of tho transfer of the guano deposits of Lobos Island, and an indemnity of twenty millions, payable in sixteen year’s, in the meantime Chili to occupy Arica, and to retain it if tho indemnity is not paid in tho specified time. It is further announced that in the event of these terms being refused by Pern, Chili will decline further mediation on the part of the United States.
