[EEUTEE’a TEEEQBAMS.I LONDON, January 28. The Markets. Consols have declined to 99 1 from 100:}. There aro no other changes to report in tho money market, or in tho market for colonial produce. Chili and PeruTelegrams aro to hand reporting that Chili has decided upon the terms on which it will conclude a treaty of peace with Peru. Tho conditions aro tho concession by tho former of tho province of larapaca in lion of tho transfer of the guano deposits of Lobos Island, and an indemnity of twenty millions, payable in sixteen year’s, in the meantime Chili to occupy Arica, and to retain it if tho indemnity is not paid in tho specified time. It is further announced that in the event of these terms being refused by Pern, Chili will decline further mediation on the part of the United States.
