[beutee's telegbams.] BRISBANE, January 26. The Trans-Continental Railway. General Fielding, who recently completed the survey of the proposed transcontinental railway to the Gulf of Carpentaria, has submitted his proposal on behalf of the London company, to tho Queensland Government for the construction of the line. The proposal has, however, not been accepted by the Government, and certain terms offered by the latter have accordingly been referred by General Fielding to the London syndicate.
