[reuter's telegrams.! BRISBANE, January 23. The Late Supposed Murder by Blacks* The skeletons of Mrs Watson and her child, and a Chinaman, who were supposed to have been murdered by the Natives of Lizard Island, have been found on Norwich Islands. It is now proved that they died of thirst, and were not massacred by the blacks. Further Capture of Escapees. Three more of the New Caledonian escapees," who were recently landed at Bowen, have been captured by the police. One still remains at large.
