[eeuteb’s telegrams.] VIENNA, January 17. Rioting in DalmatiaThe agitation which for some time past has been manifest in Southern Dalmatia is daily assuming a more serious aspect, and the inhabitants are rising in arms against the Austrians at several points. The agitation has now extended into Herzegovina, and, on account of the attitude of the inhabitants, large bodies of troops have been despatched by the Austrian Government to reinforce the troops recently despatched to Dalmatia.
