MAIL NOTICES.
Malta close at the Chief Post Office for the following places (subject to the necessary alto rations) as under SATIJBDAT, JANUARY 12. For Northern ports, per Penguin, at 7.15 p.m. The guard’s van must not be used for this mail. The next mail for the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, will be closed at Christchurch on Saturday, January 28th, and will be due in London on March 13th. SYDNEY J. DICK, Chief Postmaster.
