At Cork yesterday an extensive seizure of rifles and other weapons which had been concealed in a vault was made. It has transpired that at a recent Cabinet meeting Ministers have had under consideration the measures to be proposed next session for the reform of procedure in the House of Commons, and it is farther known that at to-day’s meeting of the Cabinet it was finally decided to propose the adoption of the cloture when the same shall he demanded by a simple majority of the House. Capture of Rogues-

The police to-day effected the capture at Mill street, Dublin, of some members belonging to a secret society, which had projected the wholesale murder of farmers who continue to pay rent. The loader of the band, who was arrested last month at Mscroom, County Cork, turned informer, and thus enabled the police to effect the capture of his confederates.
