FbXB MKTHODIBT SCHOOL TbBAT. —On Monday the children of the Free Methodist Sunday schools at Bangiora and Ashley were conveyed by rail, to the number of 200, to Amberley, where, with their teachers and friends, they enjoyed a picnic in Mr Grey's paddock. The arrangements, under the management of the Eev, 8, Maofarlane and the committee, were in every way perfect. Kaiapoi Pbbbbttbbian Ohtjboh.— The annual treat to the children attending the Sunday school of this ohuroh took place on Monday, when the children, with their parents and friends, were conveyed in vehicles to the farm of Mr W. M. Boss on Kaiapoi Island, where they were well oared for and enjoyed various sports. The arrangements made by Rev. B. McGregor and the teachers were very com plete.
