[Before O. Whitefoord, Esq., R.M., and B. Westenra, Esq , J.P.] Dbtjkkennesb. John Hall, for being drunk in Salisbury street, was fined ss. A first offender, who had been at Addington Gaol for medical treatment, was brought up cured and discharged, being ordered to pay lOj 6:1 for his maintenance while in gaol!, or, in default, forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Fighting in a Thobotjohfarb.—•Miohael Wheeler and John Keast were oharged with committing a breaoh of tbe peace, as above, on Friday night, in Gloucester street. Two witnesses proved that Wheeler had attacked Keast without provocation. Keast was discharged and called as a witness against Wheeler. He gave evidence similar to the others. Wheeler attacked him, knooked him down, and, while struggling together, both were arrested. Wheeler was drunk, and had insulted several people in the streets before assaulting Keast. He was fined 40s, or, in default, ninety-six hours' imprisonment.
